Operations at J&M Offroad began late 2003, with a 1500 square foot unit in a commercial building located in Grass Valley. Two young individuals, both with a passion for building and driving their modified Jeep, Chevrolet and Toyota four wheel drives, decided to take their hobby to the next level.
